A free comparative of Candidates without any obligation - a great option?

Most important asset.
The difference between two companies is its people. People are the most important asset to any company.

More direct response
Yes, Clients' should be getting more direct responses, however companies tend to keep their top performers. Passive candidates are still in demand. Our websites deliver a strong flow of passive candidates.

Cut Costs - yes, but the main cost
Companies can lose over $100 000.00 a year taking on lower performing candidate to save fees - records on staff performance variances would testify to this fact

Now's the time to "cream"
As more 'cream' candidates becomes available - get you hands on them, smart companies are doing that, even if they have head counts.

Like finger prints, no two candidates are ever the same
Candidates are self made, they educate and experience themselves and are always unique. Why limit access to them - we gladly provide that for free. We not there to replace the HR officer, we provide free choice

Interviews not a commitment
Naturally interviewing a candidate is paramount before making a "buying decision" The interview does not incur a cost, as an interview is not a Job Offer.

Free to compare
Contingency Recruitment - you only time you incur a fee is if the candidate starts within your company. Only make the buying decision after evaluating features and benefits of the candidate

Electrical Engineer $143 000 - $129 000 Sea change?
Located in a beautiful location close to the coast, this job has the benefits of varied work and big projects, whilst being able to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Aside from revamping and implementing RCM through the development of effective life cycle management programs, you’ll complete DCS upgrades on plant equipment, such as kilns, and recovery and power boilers. Minor projects will include the likes of sizing, selection and installation of electric motor / variable speed drive combinations. Additionally, you’ll have responsibility for maintenance and improvements of the site’s power generation, transmission, and distribution systems, and motor and VSD specification and procurement.

Although I’m sure you’ll agree the work looks interesting, it is the lifestyle that is the real draw card for this role. The fact that the town is good-sized is a definite added benefit. Throw in the fact that this role is vacant because the previous engineer was promoted (after only 12 months in the job) and it is clear that this is an unusual opportunity.

Senior Control Systems Engineer $147 00 - $135 000
Working on a $10 million plant upgrade project, you will be involved in the process from the pre-feasibility study phase through to implementation. Other project work will include plant improvements, such as the optimization of grinding circuits to prevent bottle necks within the process plant, and maximization of oxygen utilization within the autoclaves. You’ll be responsible for HV and LV distribution projects and maintenance, and work closely with management to develop a 5 year plan of site power distribution and reticulation.

This role is situated in a peaceful town with excellent health and educational facilities, as well as company-supported childcare – a definite bonus in this current environment where childcare is expensive and difficult to find. The employer is an ASX-listed mining group.

Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer - Senior $165 000 - $143 000 Control?
Working within the Engineering and Operations Department at this mining operation will see you provide maintenance, project, and people management services across the site. Work will be varied and will include trouble-shooting for equipment such as AC/DC 1500 HP, 6 kV/560V/380V Variable Frequency Drive, 11 kV/6 kV switchgear, motor controllers, and power cables. There will be PLC programming duties, in addition to providing technical support in a planned upgrade of the site’s HV network. Projects are varied and will range in size up to $10 million.

This operation belongs to a giant that is a major player in the mining boom. The role is FIFO, on one of the shortest swings around. Because of their prominence in the mining boom, the company has significant expansions planned, giving you flexibility, and is also likely to see you promoted to more of a senior role within the next year.

Electrical Engineer FIFO $143 000 - $132 000 Power focus?
Here is a broad-ranging role which allows you exposure to power systems, instrumentation, and electrical maintenance and projects. You’ll be responsible for maintenance and trouble-shooting of the site’s gas turbines and 800kW diesel generators, as well as major overhauls – worth several million dollars - of the generation plant and substation upgrades. There will be specifications and procurements for motors, VSDs, circuit breakers and protection settings, and LV and HV cable sizing and switching.

This FIFO role offers a convenient 8:6 roster. The mining house employer provides a variety of training programs in areas such as HV Switching, Earthing Design, and Turbine Operations and Maintenance, allowing you to develop a specialised skill set that will make you extremely valuable for future employers.

Electrical Project Engineer $135 000 - $121 000
Working for an international mining company, this role will see you focusing on power systems projects, the likes of which include a feasibility study and implementation of a new 132/22kV substation on site; development and implementation of power systems maintenance procedures, strategic maintenance plans, switching instructions for the HV systems, and monitoring of the electricity pool; installation & commissioning of several AC & DC Turbine switchboards, each worth $500 000; and the $250 000 refurbishment of the site’s 530kW extraction pumps.

The mining house has a big expansion plan for this particular site, which they are looking to swing into action by mid next year. They also are known to have a flat management structure and a low attrition rate, which, given attrition rates in this market, obviously means they are doing something right by their employees.
